We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from DogHouse Covers. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your product or date of purchase (whichever is later). We will gladly exchange the item or issue you a Return Authorization.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your unused item(s), we will gladly replace it! Before returning your merchandise, please email us for a Return Authorization within 10 days of receiving the product or date of purchase (whichever is later). We will credit your original payment method 100% (minus shipping cost) for items that are returned unused, unaltered, undamaged, and in the original packaging. If the product is damaged, we will not be able to accept the return (unless, the damage is due to a flaw in the product itself). You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error.
Contact us for a Return Authorization by emailing us at email@example.com. Include your name, contact phone number, date purchased, and reason why you are requesting a return authorization. All Return Authorizations will be processed in less than 5 days on Normal Business Days, allow extra time on Holidays & Weekends. We will contact you with any questions via email or phone number you provide. Any return requests made after the initial 10 day period are at the sole discretion of DogHouse Covers.
Our return, refund, or exchange policy does not apply to any Outlet items.
All international duties and taxes are responsibility of the customer/receiver of the shipment.
